I don't know if you noticed this or not, but there are a few other differences in these two pictures: The poster in the background has been altered. The Japanese version shows a bottle, but it looks more like a TV set in the English language versions (maybe because the bottle resembles a whiskey flask?) Also, the sign that says "CAPCOM" was changed to "UMEUME" (?!?). Didn't notice anything else different here, but that really blows my mind. Why change the wheelchair??

Thanks FO, I'll add those extra differences you found to the page soon. I've got no idea on the "UMEUME" thing other than maybe SEGA of America got bitter and didn't want Capcom's name there (SEGA created this port themselves). I think there are some more posters and billboards in the background of that level, I'll have to take another look.
I also have no idea on the whole deal with the wheelchair, this change also happened with the SNES version.

If there's one thing I would like to see, it would be a Final Fight collection, so I can finally try Final Fight CD, since it's really hard to find one anywhere.
